What to expect in your session

  • We chat about your goals and recent training experience

  • We identify barriers such as injuries, time contraints, lifestyle factors

  • We draft a program based around that info

  • We take you through the exercises to make sure you're comfortable with them

  • We make any necessary adjustments and write up your program!

This process usually takes 45-60mins.

Now it's up to you to put the work in!

As you complete your workouts, you record your results on your program card.

Having a record is important - the idea of training is to get stronger, so every set you do becomes a target to beat in your next session. This gives you focus in your workouts, and clarity on your progress.

We also use this info when it comes to writing you follow up programs!
